OFFICE is deleting my emails without any notification!!

Hi,
I am one of the user of Microsoft Office XP 2003. I recently started using
this product. I am facing a very terrible problem while using this product.
That is some times when i start downloading headers of emails, the most
terrible thing happen and that is after downloading emails it deletes all
other upcomming emails without any notice or without any further infromation.
This is the very terrible problem which i am currently facing and due to
which i loose many of the important emails.

For making it more easier for you to understand my problem, i am giving you
an example:

Like i recevied about 25 emails, i clicked on "Send/Receive", OFFICE XP 2003
started downloading headers, after completition i select those emails which
are of my interest. I selected 10 emails to download first and I DID NOT
CLICK OTHER REMAINING 15 EMAILS TO DEL, what happen now is when OFFICE XP
2003 completed downloading all of the 10 emails, it will delete other 15
emails automatically and also delete those emails which downloaded next. Like
there were 25 emails and when it was downloading 10 emails, i received more
10 emails, now after complition OFFICE XP 2003 will delete those 15 emails
and also the other next 10 emails which downloaded later.

AND IN ALL THIS I HAVE NOT SELECTED ANY EMAIL TO BE DELETED!!

Is there is any fixing of this problem ?? I am loosing contacts and emails
as soon as i got all this.

So, kindly please help me and advice me that why is this all happening to me
is this the software problem or server problem ??

Thanks and await,
Amir

No, you are the *ONLY* user of "Microsoft Office XP 2003" as no such product
exists. What are you using - Office XP or Office 2003?
