Current situation the company has Office Basic Edn
This is accessed through Citrix which is how we access all apps, no actual

Hi Gaz,

MS had (tried) some annual subscription licensing for MS Office apps, but I don't believe they're currently active choices
(http://microsoft.com/licensing) so you'd basically need to purchase a license/licenses for Office 2003 Professional Edition or for
MS Office Access 2003 through your volume license agreement.

Microsoft Office Live is set to be available as an alternative some time early next year (at least in beta).
