I am not able to receive incoming email. I can send
outgoing email. The sender receives an error message on
their end indicating could not send email. This is
happening now after we've switched our server in house.
This is happening on all of our computers. Any help would
be appreciated.

You may need to set the outgoing server to authenticate before receiving on
the server tab of the account properties. Since you do not provide the
exact error message, this is the best answer that can be given under the
circumstances.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer
