Office Outlook 2003 won't work!

I have tried every help program I could find and followed
each step and still get this message when trying to send
or receive email...."The operation failed. An object
could not be found." That's it, then I click ok and its
gone, try to send again and the same message comes back
up. Its configured to my ISP comcast, I tried everything,
any ideas anyone?

Have you searched the Microsoft Knowledge Base for that error message?

Thank you, I found that website and typed in the failure
notice, it is telling me to create a new profile and to
type in a descriptive name for the new profile, do you
know what I should type in or what they are looking for?

They are asking you to type in a unique name to identify the new profile -
if your current profile is called "My Profile" you'll need to use a
different name for the new one... "My Profile 2" will work. :)
