Office Project Professional 2007 install error

I have Office 2007 Enterprise installed on Windows Vista. When I try to
install Office Project Professional 2007, the install says it cannot find
Office or a qualifying product. I tried pointing to the install also the DVD
with no luck.

Hi Mark,

This has been reported in this ng before and if I recall correctly, the fix
seemed to be to use a Project CD/DVD, not an Office CD/DVD for the
confirmation of previous version.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Confirmed, I had to use my Project2003 Prof CD during my Project2007 Prof
Upgrade Install. Note the side of the box indicates a previous version of MS
Project (not office) is required to activate.
