Office Startup Toolbar

I just installed my old version of Office 2000
Professional on a new pc. I'm running windows XP (and was
doing so on the old system with no problems.) All office
applications are operating properly EXCEPT the office
toolbar will not run. I've unistalled, reinstalled, etc.
Is anyone aware of any conflicts etc. that may have this
affect?
