Office Update or Upgrade

I currently have Office 2000 SP-3. What is the differences in that version I
currently have and Office 2003? Are there any other updates for me or is the
next thing I would have is Office 2003? I do not know if it is worth it to
upgrade. How much would it be to buy the upgrade to Office 2003? I would
need it for all the computers in the office (6).
