Office Update

I just upgraded to Office 2003 standard from Office 2000 standard.
Installation was fine and all programs seem to work well. However, when I
attempted to download the Office 2003 update (KB828041), I hit my first
problem. The update downloads but won't install. I'm running the program
on Windows XP SP1 home edition. Any suggestions to correct the problem
would be greatly appreciated.

I also have a problem updating my Office 2003 Pro with FP installion with SP 1. It asks for PROPLUS.MSI file that is not on my installtion CD

I created the installtion CD from the MSDN subscription.
