Office won't let me activate

I have Office 2003, Student Edition. I thought it was activated, but it never
was evidently. I try going into a program and clicking 'Help>Activate
Product' but nothing happens! No error message, not firewall warning,
NOTHING... I would try activating over phone, but I can't find a phone number
either.

Thanks in advance for your help.
