Office XP Home Edition - reinstall

X

xxxyorks

I bought my PC from Dell & the engineer installed Office XP Home Editiion.
All was well for a while then the PC got blitzed my a virus off the internet
or something making the whole PC inoperable. Over the phone with Dells
assistance, I got the PC working again re-installing Windows etc but I lost a
lot of Software including Office XP Home Edition. I have moved home whilst
this happened and cannot find the CD nor a license/product key.
Microsoft (or Dell?) will have records of my purchase won't they? I've paid
for Office once - surely I should be able to obtain a licence key to download
it online.
I downloaded a free 3 month trial for Office 2003, but when that expired I
can only read files.
Please help - I miss my Word and PowerPoint. *<Sob>*

If the very nice man at Dell loaded Office XP for you, then presumably you
paid Dell for it, not Microsoft.. so ask the very nice man at Dell for
help..
