Office XP Install

D

dspivack

July of 2003 I bought a laptop, and at the same time separately bought Office
XP Standard for Students. Shortly after buying the computer I installed
Office and it worked fine at the time. Recently my hard drive broke and I had
to put in a new one--computer seems to be working fine now.

Trying to re-install Office, however, an error message came up:
"Error 1305. Setup cannot read file C:/Program Files/Microsoft
Office/Office10/WINWORD.EXE..."

I hit Retry a few times but that did not work, and thus can not re-install
Office.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Daniel
