office xp pro 2002

A couple months ago I purchased office xp pro 2002 for a
new business. I have set up a small network and want to
add a copy to another machine. Couple of questions:
1) Do I need to purchase a seperate copy?
2) 2003 has come out since I bought- should I upgrade and
if so, is there any accomodation on the price since I
just bought.
3) If I go with an additional copy of 2002, where can I
buy it? I only see 2003 offerred on the microsoft site.

Sorry, no. The Technology Guarantee free upgrade offer expired 30/11/03.

That's three questions. ;o) Most places still stock XP - though officially
only the latest version is on sale, XP has been discontinued.
