Office XP Rules not working right

E

Erich

I have Office XP with FrontPage installed with ALL of the updates from
Office Updates at Microsoft's site.

I have a rule setup where if any email messages come from a specified
account that it should MOVE the message to a specified folder. The problem
is that every time a message comes from the account, it COPIES the message
instead of MOVING it, so I end up with duplicate messages. One in the inbox
and one in the specified folder. I TRIPLE checked the parameters of the rule
and it is DEFINITELY set on MOVE the message and not COPY the message. Is
this a bug? Am I setting up the rule incorrectly? ????

THANKS

Use the "Stop processing more rules" and see if that helps.
