Office XP Standard for students and teachers - Version 2002

I tried to update Office. When I restarted, Outlook Express was no longer
there. I changed back to Outlook Express. .... My problem is that Office
can't find my files. When I try to open a file through Windows or through
the application I get a box with a yellow exclamation point that says "Unable
to Read File."

(An aside - when I open Outlook and close it, I get a box that says "The
file Normal.dot already exists. Do you want to replace the existing file?")

Try disabling the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton
