I would like to make changes to a doc & show the pages & changes on the
pages. Markup does some of that but what happens when one adds text & the
page overflows to the next page. One could end up printing all the rest of
the doc :-(. What I would like is to add a page x.1 or something like that.
One would just have to print page x & x.1 for distribution. Page x+1 would
remain unchanged. HELP! TIA

I think the problem with that is we lose table of contents.
