Hi. I had a computer crash and had to bring it back to factory settings.
When I try to reinstall my Office Small Business 2007, it accepts the key
code but then says it cannot find an upgradeable product. I had this issue
when I first installed it. Can anyone help me?? Thanks1 person needs an

You need to find the disks of the program you had before for it to upgrade
from. When it says it can't find it, take out the 2007 disk and insert the
disk from the eligible program and follow the prompts.
