Office2003 activation on two computers at home

facmanboss

The EULA says One PC and one portable used by Primary user.
I am he.
I don't have a portable.
I have 2 PCs side by side on a LAN at home. One old, one brand new.
Can my Office2003 be activated on the new PC?
Thanks for info.
I have read conflicting answers.

The EULA is quite specific, one desktop and one portable. Any other
combination (2 desktops or 2 portables) is not allowed.

Thank you.
I'll get on the phone to move the activation over to the new computer and
delete the old one.

Am I correct in that I should go ahead and install Office2003Pro on the new
computer BEFORE I call the 888 number?
Thanks.
