Offline folder Calendar Synchronization

I am unable to get my Calendar to synchronize with my
Offline Folder Calendar. Appointments made are not
reflected in the Offline Folder. How do I get the two
Calendars (same person, same PC) to synchronize
automatically? Thanks and Best Regards.
