OL 2003 - Receiving email

Every time I receive an email, the Windows Installation
box appears with "Preparing for installation...",
downloads the message, then closes.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?
Thanks for any help!

Running Win XP Home, Office 2003 Pro
