OL blocking large .exe file

I have received a large attachment in my inbox from a friend (14MB) which I
want to open, but OL has blocked it. Is there any way of accessing it?

Yes, you can override the default security assuming your Outlook security is
not managed/locked-down by your Exchange server. Here is the article with
details on how to override default block on Level 1 Attachments (CAUTION:
we block .exe's for a very good reason, please use this setting with
discretion) :
