old exchange server

Outlook tries to connect to old exchange server instead of
new one. Hosts file is correct, DNS is correct, TCP/IP is
correct. Where is old exchange setting hiding?

When does it look for the old Exchange server? At startup or when opening an
item?

mail profile & creating a new one?
