Old Resource Rates populated in PWA

Hello,

I'm using Project Server 2007 with SP2. We recently noted that the Standard
Rate for resources is different from what we see in PWA Resource Center Views
and Project Pro Resource Information. The Project Pro shows the current rate
and PWA shows previous year's rates. I'm not sure how to refresh PWA views. I
tried kicking off a Reporting DB Refresh, checking-out-in Resource Pool. None
of that has worked so far. Has anyone seen this before ? How can make PWA
recognize current rates...maybe it is pointing to previous fiscal year
somewhere...?

Thanks
Nach.

Not sure what the issue is here or if is a bug, this is a new issue/scenario
I've not encountered of before. But in reading your post I wanted to
comment on one thing and that is that what you see in PWA in general and
also under the Resource Center, does not read from the Reporting DB. It
reads from the Published DB.

Thankyou Jonathan. It is helpful to know that PWA views pick up information
from Published DB. We are still experiencing this issue. I don't also see any
Publish column in Project Pro when I checkout resources...so there is no way
I can publish these resources manually to see if it changes anything.
Checking in is the only option...and it has not helped much.

It sounds like a publishing issue. Maybe if you make a slight change to the
affected resources and save, this will rectify the problem. Maybe something
like adding a new Enterprise Custom field for the resources and setting a
value would do the trick.
