Only parts of the drawings show on the document. Why?

I have Word 2002 (from Works Suite 2004) on my new computer (Windows XP
Home Edition). I downloaded a document with drawings on each page. Every
page looks blank, though. The drawings only show when I left click on the
"empty" page to show the handles, then right click and click something on the
Grouping or Order menus. BUT only part of the drawing shows up. If I scroll
up or down on the page, it is blank. If I click "Regroup" again, a different
part of the drawing shows. I can't get the entire page to display, so I
can't see the whole drawing. And I have to click each page to see anything
at all.
I downloaded this same document from the same site on my old computer
(Windows 98) and it worked fine.
I have tried this with high, medium, and low security settings. Same
result.
I have Norton Internet Security 2005 on this computer. I had Norton IS
2003 on the old one.
In case this is related: I cannot add a trusted source to my macro
security list. I try to type something, but the space remains blank. (Tools,
Macro, Security, Trusted Sources)
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?SnVkeSBMZWU=?=,

It sounds very much like you need to update your graphics card driver. Check the
manufacturer's website for the newest version.
