"Open File - Security Warning"

I have just upgraded to Windows xp sp2 and am having problems opening my .mdb
file on the network. I keep getting the open file - security warning message
and cannot open the .mdb. I can copy the .mdb to my pc and open it but
cannot save it the the network. Any suggestions?
