Open form on file open

Database is finished, and I have a form with a button to run the macro
for the entire process. I just want the form to open when the file is
opened? This seems so simple, but I struggle to find it.

Access 2003 or older?
Click on Tools + StartUp
In the Display Form/Page drop-down select the name of the form.
Save the changes.
When you re-start the database, that form will open.

I believe the method is the same in Access 2007 but you'll have to
search for where the StartUp dialog is found.

I cannot find anything under Database Tools that would be start-up -
version 2007?
