Open word file slow after apply KB853220 and KB873372 office patch

Hi,
I got problem after apply for the patches KB853220 and KB873372.
Those word files open very slowly even in local hard disk.
I have tried select all and copied it to new documents.
I can open it again normally. However, it is very trouble to done over
thousand files.
Is it due to the patch problem? or How can fix it without copy all to new
files?
