OPENING 97 FILES IN 2003 VERSION

WHILE TRYING TO OPEN THE EXCEL97 FILES IN THE LATER
VERSIONS OF ECEL LIKE 2003 THOSE ARE NOT OPENING...

EVN IF THEY ARE OPENING THEY ARE NOT THE SAME...THE LINKS
ARE DISTURBED NOW.....

HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM....

normally this should not be a proble. In which way are the links
distrubed and also: do you get an error message?
