opening a ppt file

I have a file that was sent to me by Power Point and i don't have the
program. I would have no use for this program except for getting this very
important file. I need someone to help me figure out how to open it or
transfer it to another program. I've done this before with another program so
I'm hoping it's possible again. Please help, It's very important! Thank you.
