opening a PST file without outlook

Ruth

I have just moved to a company that doesn't allow you to have PST
files in outlook. I have all my data in a *.pst file from my previous
company and was wondering if there is a way to export the data into a
readable format (particularly the contacts - I don't care so much
about the actual emails themselves).

Any hints/tips would be much appreciated.

Cheers,
Ruth

If you can't open the PST, you can't recover the data in it. I suspect that
the company's policy is that they don't want you to have your mail delivered
to a PST, but my guess is that they'd be amenable to allowing you to import
your PST into the Exchange server. Ask them.
