opening an attachment in Outlook and in Explorer

When I click on an attachment in Outlook, like an Excel
file that is not Zipped, the Winzip screen comes up and
the recognizes that it is not a Winzip file. The only way
to open the Excel file is to save it to my hard drive and
then open Excel and open it into Excel.

The same is happening from Explorer. I click on the Excel
File and it brings up Winzip, rather than Excel

Any ideas?
