opening files

When using open file in office program and get to choose folder and the file
name the program "hangs" and take a lot of time before getting to where I
want. Any solution?

If Symantec/Norton AntiVirus is installed on your computer, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with NAV. Also disconnect any mapped network drives
that are not available.
