Opening internet link from email

Could someone please help me - I have always been able to
open a link from in an email but somehow I have lost this
feature and do not know how to get it back.
I have Microsfot Outlook set as default for everythin IE6
but that doesn't help any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated

Set everything back to default in Internet Options (especially the Security
tab) and see if it works now.
