I have someone in my office that has two screens. He wants to work on two pp
presentations at a time. I can get Excell and Word to open in different
windows but I can only get one window to opne in PP. I have looked and
looked but can find no informaiton on how to do this or even if this can be
done. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.

Sure it can be done, do it all the time myself.

PowerPoint is a single instance program, which means only one main window
can be open at a time. So, what you do to get this to happen is follow
these steps.

1) Open presentation A.
2) Open presentation B.
3) Now, take the PowerPoint window (you may need to un-maximize it) and
manually drag the edges to span both monitors.
4) Almost there. Now click on Windows => Arrange All.

Tada!

After opening two files, you can click on Windows > Arrange All. This will
allows you to view the two presentations at the same time.
