Opening Outlook

I have Office XP installed on my system. When I try to
opem Outlook, it always says user profile not set. I have
set up a profile twice now. Once I click ok the next
message I get is "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable
to open the Outlook window. The server is not avaliable.
Contact your administrator if this condition persists". I
am not on a network and this is installed on my personal
computer. Can someone help me.
