Greetings. I have been experiencing problems opening
Outlook in Office 2003. I have the icon on my task bar
in Windows XP home, and when I click the icon to open, I
receive the "operation failed" error message.
Previously, when I attempted to open Outlook, It would
not open completely. I do have two spam protector
programs running within and behind the program. My
question, should I uninstall Outlook and reinstall?
