I am unable to open Outlook. I get the same error message saying I need to
put in something under Microsoft exchange server:

I don't know what to put so that I can open Outlook can anyone help a
beginner in this computer world?

Go to Control Panel->Mail Icon->Email Accounts and remove the Exchange
account if you are not using Exchange. Back up and then add your Internet
Mail account.
