Openning Outlook away from Exchange Server

Simple

How do I configure MS Outlook on my laptop to be able to
open so that it displays my email and calendar
appointments away from my office Exchange Server? Every
time I'm away from my office and i try to open Outlook I
get the error message "Your Microsoft Exchange Server is
unavailable" If I click work offline a message appears
saying that the information store could not be opened.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem. Away from the office I can not send any messages. I get the Your Microsoft Exchange Server is
