option buttons as a link to e-mail form results

I am creating a complaints form and need the from users to be able to click
the person they need to deal with the problem, the when the form is submitted
it gets e-mailed to the person selected. Can Anyone help me?

A possible solution would be to have a drop down with the responsible
individuals listed, and upon selection, have the choice open a response form
that will be e-mailed to that individual. This will require a separate form
(web page) for each responsible person.

This may be viable if you only have a handful of names. More than 5 and I'd
look towards a javascript solution.

Hi Ant,

If you are only talking about a few people who would be receiving the email,
and don't mind copying and pasting a few forms, you could use a faux form
process. To the site visitor, it will seem like they are starting with the
form, but it would just be a hyperlink.

A little corny, but works if there aren't too many options.
