Organizing Contacts in Outlook

Greetings everyone,
I have been able to organize e-mails in outlook by
creating folders in the Public Folder.

How can I do the same with Contacts. I would like to
branch my Contact list like this.

- Church
- Programmers
- Friends
- Computer Stores
- Car

etc.

Can Outlook 2003 do this? If so, how?

I appreciate your input.
