Original Duration Column in Project

Hello,

I would like to display an "original" duration column in project and I would
love to know if this is possible. Basically I have the duration, which is
based on an estimate given to me by my developers. They may not be 100% on a
project so I would like to not only note the total time it would take to do a
task (50% of time on a 2 day project is 4 days) but also the original quoted
time. Obviosuly Project shows the 4 days for a duration but I would also
like to show the original duration if they were assigned 100%. Does anyone
know if this is possible?

Yes: it's called Baseline Duration. Once your schedule is setup select
Tools, Tracking, Save Baseline. There are a number of Views and Tables that
will now compare where you are now (Dates, Durations, Costs Work) compared
to the original baseline.
