Other objects moving

I have a drawing with blocks and busses using Arrows " 1-D Single open"
objects. Many times when I'm placing or moving another non related object
many of my other objects get moved. I have to either individually re place
them or use the undo key to fix it then try what I was doing all over again.
Any idea what's causing this?

Two things to check,
menu File -> Page Setup -> Layout and Routing
and ensure "Move other shapes away on drop" is not checked

and for the shapes:
menu Format -> Behavior -> Placement

Thank you. This box was Not checked but I decided to check it then uncheck it
again and that seems to have solved the problem.
