MS Outlook Attachments

When I send MS Word Attachments to other users, some of them cannot open the
attachments. My MS Outlook 2003 is setup to prepare and send all of my
Emails in Rich Text format. These MS Word Attachments are embedded in the
Email. I want everyone I send Email to be able to read my attachments.

Please help.
Thanks.

I'd suggest using .pdf files rather than Word. These days Word is *not*
standard on new computers. If purchasing Acrobat is out of your budget, try
downloading PrimoPDF from www.primopdf .com.

Word documents can be read by many programs, depending on how you have saved
them and attached them. However, no one except for Outlook and Eudora users
can read Outlook Rich Text Format. Either send them in Plain Text
(preferred), or HTML (less preferred) rather than Outlook Rich Text Format
(never preferred except for other Outlook users.)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, MS Outlook Attachments asked:
