Ourlook 2003 Work Offline

Some of the user Outlook 2003 is in 'Work Offline' status
out of the sudden. What could be the causes???

They are installed with Cache mode.

Network connectivity problems?

Is the File menu checked for offline mode? Not being able to connect to
exchange is probably the biggest reason - switching to offline is probably
#2.

Nope. Pretty sure is not network connectivity problem. I just need to
uncheck the "Work Offline" in the File menu & it fine again.
What cause it to be "Work Offine"???
