I have an Exchange 2000 Enterprise Edition SP3 workflow enabled public folder that has grown to contain about 3700 items. The folder uses a custom Outlook form and each item has one or more attachments. This arrangement has been working without incident since October 2002. Just recently, users began receiving the Microsoft Outlook error message "Cannot create attachments. Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again." This happens after they create about 5 or 6 posts with attachments. Restarting Outlook allows about 5 or 6 more posts to be created before it happens again. It occurs from both Outlook 2000 and 2002 clients. Does anyone have any ideas?
