Out of office Assistant

I have only one user out of 400 that is getting this error
on out of office assistant. "This command is not avilable.
see the program documentation about how to use this
extention" I have reinstalled and check everything I could
but this would not work. Please HELP !

ARe the Exchange Extensions active under Add-in Manager? If yes, then they
may be corrupt. Try removing and re-adding them.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
