Out of Office Auto Reply

I use Microsoft Outlook for my email and would like to be
able to add an out of office message while I'm on
vacation. Is this possible and how do I do it? I need to
know by Wednesday 9/17. Thanks for the help.

Hi,

if you won`t to let your machine run all the time you`ll
need exchange server.
Otherwise you can create a rule to do this....
Maybe your ISP provides this feature...

Yes and No. If you're using an Exchange Server, you can
use the built-in Out of Office Assistant found on Tools /
Out of Office Assistant.

However, if you're using POP or another protocol, you
won't be able to do this. However, it could be that if
you leave Outlook running, there may be a way for you to
setup a rule to automatically reply to a mail. I would
investigate this strategy a little further before giving
up if I were you.

Good luck!
Charles
