Out of Office doe not work for One User Only

I am running Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000. All but one user's Out of Office
is working.
I checked Tools-Options-Other - Advanced - Add-in manager and Exchange Ext
Commands is checked.
Only this one user is having this problem.
Please help
