Out Of Office not working

I have a user who's Out Of Office message is not
working. I have tried configuring this on Outlook 2000,
XP, and 2003. In all of them, it is configured
correctly, but it will not reply with the Out Of Office
message. I have removed all other rules. We are running
Exchnage 2000 SP3. Any suggestions?
