Outlook 02... all of a sudden won't open... goes

I opened outlook today and it's not responding...
On the bottom of the program it says Databinding...
and just continues to try and open.
Then I get an error message that it's not responding.
When i log on to another user it works fine.

Any suggestions.
I've reloaded
