Outlook 02 takes 3+ sec to move from messages in inbox since SP1 +SP2 installed

Since updating to SP 1 and then SP 2, it takes over three
seconds to move from one email message to another when the
preview pane is open. Any suggestions?

Try turning off the "Instant Messaging"

Open the TOOLS menu
Select OPTIONS...
Select the OTHER tab

Turn off the check mark next to "Enable Instant Messaging
on Microsoft Outlook"
